FEEL LIGHTER

When people feel good, they look good.

Lily James

Think of something better you can do for yourself this month. In addition to your plans add a good old clear-out to your list. It is satisfying to keep your environment tidy and manageable. This is of benefit to your home and your well-being.  Here in the UK, space is an invaluable asset especially with the rising cost of housing.

Unfortunately, one reason for clutter is hoarding or holding onto old stuff for longer than we should for reasons personal to us. This attachment eventually begins to feel like a weight and can become stressful.  When you dispose of stuff you do not need it will make you feel lighter, better and reduce stress.

You can whip your home into shape by tackling things methodically from one room to the other. You have a number of choices to disposing your unwanted items, either by throwing them away, donate, give someone who you know would like your stuff or you can sell them. In the end you will be in control of your possessions not your possessions controlling you.

Taking control of your mind will require the same principle to gain headspace and increased energy.

To feel lighter free your mind from the past, throw all the unpleasant memories in the bin and start to create the new life you want. You will definitely feel good.

What would you like to do for yourself in the coming month?

I have just learnt that we should take control of our possession not our possession controlling us,sadly some people allow thier possession to control them and they loose track of the essence of life, may God continue to strength and protect you from evil people

thank u pastor for this messages. i had earlier requested for an email to interact with u. i guess maybe the message has not been delivered. The most interesting thing is that im really seeing answers to most of my issues on ur write ups and i have taken d task of reading them all. keep writing ma, ur words are encouraging a lot and helpin them redefine their lives;im one of them. i was terribly abused in church: financially, emotionally and all u can ever think of.it really hurts, the wasted years, all because of my love for God

Joy, happiness and lightness is the fuel of success. It attracts it's kind. The thing is this, people believe you have to 'have's to be joyful, happy or light. So when you're joyful in faith and gratitude to God, happy in the Holy Ghost 'have's gravitates to you in all resources. That's why the scripture says 'I say again rejoice' Thanks for sharing Pastor

Can we really let go of things? Can we really let go... Turning away from things or giving it a brand new name does not really means those things are gone. No matter how far they look the are always there even though it looks like a fresh start. Whatever still hurts or whatever we have not truly come to is still there... it will always be there.

Sometimes people hold on to clutter and people either for sentimental reasons or for fear of change... I was once luke that until I deliberately set myself free????, oh what joy! oh what peace!... and the space... I could go on and on.Sometimes people hold on to clutter and people either for sentimental reasons or for fear of change... Pastor, this topic is very apt at this time. There are different types of hoarders- emotional hoarders, physical hoarders & digital hoarders (i.e. cell-phone hoarders or selfie hoarders!!!) I mean the ones that take tons of selfies to the point that the phone itself has to revolt! (LOL!). Sometimes I have kept things that should have been recycled until water damage forced us to do away with those things. Then I realized that they were not as needed as I thought. Most importantly as you just said, clearing our mind must be done. Removing negative energy and memories that pull us down. Recently I am focusing on the word of God that builds me up.

I really needed to hear this, thank you Ps Anita. I am lifted, knowing that have to throw all what's not needed in my life in the bin and have stress free life is refreshing.
